The Kiln formed glass and Torched work pieces are each unique and one of a kind. As the process produces an individual product each time. The piece is fired in a kiln then the glass is hand beveled, polished. I find a balance in creating both glass sculpture and Jewelry.

WARRANTY: If you feel that your jewelry is defective at any time after your purchase, please contact me immediately so I may replace the defective piece. Please note that I do not make the choker but will cover it against manufacturer's defect for 30 days from the date of purchase.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY: I want you to be happy with your order and will accept returns or exchanges for most items (non-custom orders) All returns require a return authorization from Reflective Art Studio. please contact me directly at 801-835-8611. I must be notified of all merchandise returns within 5 business days upon receipt of delivery. custom designs cannot be accepted for returns. please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. shipping charges on all return merchandise are non-refundable and exchanges will incur additional charges. ORDER PROCESSING: I aim for shipping your order within 1-2 days of receiving your order.PRODUCTION: Items may vary slightly! Everything is made by my hands. In doing so slight variations in size and/or color do not indicate defects and are not considered flawed. Again, Every item is handmade. I do reserve the right to make Minor design changes, alter dimensions, and modify materials as necessary without notice.CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY: Your jewelry is GLASS and needs to be treated accordingly, avoid pulling, twisting, tweaking any elements as well as the glass pendant. Note that some of the jewelry comes with the magnetic choker is just that - magnetic, take special care if you are active or have children.CUSTOM ORDERS: I love custom orders!
