SilverFrog's Jewelry is created using hand selected natural gemstones. Please note that the gemstones used are natural minerals and may vary in color.  

 I want my customers to be happy. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping is non-refundable. The returned jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging and shipped back UPS. Please insure returns! Returned items must be in original condition. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged merchandise.
