I guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with the jewelry or you may return or exchange it for any reason (within 21 days of receipt of item) for your money back.  (less shipping and handling).  Please email me first before returning the item so that I may help to resolve it.

If something breaks or arrives broken contact me, send it back and I will repair it or replace it at no charge.

Necklaces are generally 22" long, but I can make it shorter or longer upon request.

Each jewelry item is handmade with my supply of recycled materials and most orders are shipped out within 5 days.  If there is a reason for a delay of your item I will promptly contact you.  If you need something sooner for a special occasion please let me know and I'll do my best to make it sooner.
