I generally ship items out 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will ship out on Monday (excluding holidays). For the standard shipping price, I use USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation.  

Tilleyjewels makes every effort to accurately represent all items listed in the store. If you have questions regarding materials or sizing, the best time to ask is BEFORE you make the purchase.

If you are not satified with your Tilleyjewels purchase, please email me at tilleyjewels@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package to discuss what can be done to remedy the situation. Damaged items will be repaired or remade if possible (the original damaged item MUST be returned). DO NOT return a package without contacting me first for instructions. All returned packages must have delivery confirmation to protect both the buyer and the seller. PLEASE NOTE--Illinois Health Department regulations do not allow for the return of pierced earrings that have been worn.
