Carol Hunts (Stanland) is a philosopher and fiber artist. Having explored a variety of careers, she has nevertheless finally settled in to pursuing her two long time passions, teaching philosophy at a local college, and exploring her creative side through a variety of fiber media. She particularly enjoys the opportunity to use her philosophy background and her interest in ancient ideas to make her work unusual and thought-provoking. In addition, all things natural, beautiful, intricate, and astonishing, including her own three wonderful children, are inspiring to her.
