 I create all my designs upon order, so please allow me 1-2 weeks to ship your item.  I deal with refunds on an individual basis.  All items will come with care instructions and gemstone meanings (if applicable) and will be sealed in a small plastic zip bag (for tarnish resistance) within a gift pouch.  If you'd like a gift box instead, please let me know.
